Admin Assistant – Marketing
We are looking for a smart and organized Admin Assistant – Marketing to support us in daily coordination, lead tracking, campaign support, documentation, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Coordination
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and task trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, designers, printers, and agencies.
- Organize marketing documents, brochures, presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
2. Lead Management
- Record and update leads received from website, social media, phone calls, referrals, or events.
- Maintain lead details in Excel, CRM, or internal software.
- Follow up with leads as instructed by the sales or marketing team.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, demos, and client calls.
3. Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Support social media posting schedules and content coordination.
- Help prepare email campaigns, promotional messages, and marketing materials.
- Collect and update basic campaign performance details.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly marketing activity reports.
- Maintain marketing expenses, vendor quotations, invoices, and approval records.
- Prepare simple Word documents, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure all marketing records are updated and properly organized.
5. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in updating website content, social media pages, and online business listings.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, Google Ads, and social media activities.
- Track online enquiries and ensure timely updates to the concerned team.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain records and reports accurately.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and complete tasks on time.
- CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
Qualification and Experience
- Any bachelor’s degree.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in admin, marketing support, sales coordination, or office coordination.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
